Sanctification through prayers & How to live above sin and overcome weaknesses

0

I was in a Christian discussion group on Facebook and someone asked: “For all we claim, why are we not able to stop sinning”? I told him that it is the lack of the Holy Spirit in the life of Christians.

This is absolutely true but that is not all the truth. There are also men who have got this Spirit initially, but could not put themselves together and walk in the grace given at the first stage of sanctification or salvation; and having abused this grace, they became the person they were before, without the Spirit and His power.

Other times it could also be because there was no real rebirth, but just a confession of sin. I wish that we had tears for our inability to please God rather than just the confessing of sins, that we may be truly saved. For a broken and contrite spirit, God will not overlook.

Brethren, bearing in mind that no one is an island of wisdom or knowledge, I write my message to the Christian Church about my own experience, with great hope and prayers that Christians who struggle with sin may find help.

Now, there are basically four(4) steps to overcome the urge to sin and commit evil after you have accepted Jesus.

True salvation comes with great power to overcome and say no to sin. But many have not been able to keep up.

Yes! There are many believers who still struggle with one sin or the other. Many still weep for themselves while some have become hardened. Some have taking a personal and spiritual back seat in God, others have concluded that perhaps it is a weakness they’d have to live or perish with.

So, preacher, what is the way?

1. Prayer is the Master Key

A man who prays stop sinning and a man who sins stops praying. – Leonard Ravenhill.

“Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” – Matthew 26:41

From the first stage and to the last stage of our Christian journey; form the initial repentance and salvation to the eternal salvation, prayer remains the master key for a Christian man and the Christian Church.

When we first repented and surrendered, we prayed. We must continue in prayers to remain saved because we were saved to pray.

The Potency of prayer to stop a man from sinning is an inexhaustible realty.

Jesus said to Peter, and now to us, “watch and pray” so that you will not fall into sin and the tempter overcome you.

Prayer to overcome sin, literally means asking God for help to overcome and live above that sin that is killing us. That sin we know from the bible, that it is wickedness against God, but we continue to find reason to do it; we need to ask for divine help from God.

In my own time I went for over 30 days fasting and praying to gain sanctification and freedom from the sin in me that was a hindrance.

I learned about the potency of prayer when I read a blog on how a man prayed and God spoke to him saying: “you will never go back to this sin again”. After that, I channeled all my heart to prayer because I have tried all my best but I just could not live above sin in me.

It could be any sin. It could be lies, deceit, sexual immorality, sexual perversions like homosexuality, lesbianism, bestiality, pedophile. It could be hate, slander, uncontrollable anger, malice, pride, haughtiness. It could even be the inability to forgive an offender or it could be darkness. You know it is wrong but you are unable to practice the opposite and say no. You are unable to have a heart that produces holy thoughts and fruits of holiness. You are not able to live above darkness. No matter what it is, prayer is the master key.

Brethren, go back to God, pray and He will respond if He sees the genuine passion and tears to be sanctified and freed.

It is the pure work of the Holy Spirit to form the sinless person of Jesus in a Christian man. To give us a spirit and a heart that has the law of God written all over it, such that even before we produce evil, we are already saying no!. We cannot help ourselves; at least I knew that I couldn’t help myself.

How did I pray? I cried in many tears and pains. Many times I asked God if He deliberately wanted me to perish in my sin. I cried “God is there hope for me”? I cried and cried until it was broken, absolutely broken. I gained control over myself and could say no! In fact, after I was sanctified from an unclean tongue, it seemed that my words were filtered through my heart before I would speak it.

Brethren the Holy Spirit is very great and Jesus is mighty to save all those who pray unto Him.

Now, was I able to keep up? Actually after God broke the seal of sin, he started to teach me how to overcome and not go back to that sin. Which leads us to –

2. God gives us the grace and we must work

Without grace we are NOTHING. Grace started all of this, grace was the reason Jesus endured until victory was born, grace gave birth to the Christian Church and we are saved, only by grace.

After giving me power to live above the sin that plagued my life, God started to teach me about grace. I did not just want to overcome that sin, I wanted to live a life of Holiness and absolute victory over sin as I was promised by the preachers and the bible.

Then God taught me that the saving grace of God does not kill our ability to sin but kills our inability to say no! Salvation grace convinces our spirit that what we do is wrong by sanctifying us. Then it empowers us to hate and run from whatever is called sin and trains the mind on the way to live a holy life.

It works in a way such that, even before we conceive sin, something in us will suppress our willingness to sin; this is the strength of salvation grace.

But brethren, grace will not do our own part. We have to work with that grace and continue to remain in it; just as it is written: “watch and pray“.

Praying is not enough. We also, do the watching and God does the answering of prayers.

The inability of Christians to work with this grace is why men who were initially saved would later fall back into sin. And any man who sins, is a slave of sin, and has no part in God’s kingdom.

The song writer wrote:

Oh, let me feel Thee near me;
  The world is ever near;
I see the sights that dazzle,
  The tempting sounds I hear;
My foes are ever near me,
  Around me and within;
But, Jesus, draw Thou nearer,
And shield my soul from sin.

‘The world is ever near’ is the realest part of the hymn. Salvation of the gentiles is not the same with that of the Jews. The salvation of the Jews will be eternal because they’ll be saved at a time the devil would be bound up in the bottomless pit and no one will lead them astray. But as for we gentile Christians, because the world of sin and wickedness is ever near, we need to fight to finish strong.

The bible, talks about judgment to those who break the ‘eternal covenant’, or the covenant made with all the people. This signifies a falling away from the Holy covenant or a going back to the old life after men are saved.

The earth is defiled by its people; they have disobeyed the laws, violated the statutes and broken the everlasting covenant. Isaiah 24:5

Therefore we have work to do. Our work is not to abuse the grace of God. Our work is not to get our hearts hardened again. Our work is not to crucify the Christ for the second time. Our work is to watch out for areas through which sin may try to grip us again and run from it. Our work is to be vigilant and guard our hearts so that evil will not grow in it.

But how do we effectively run from sin?

3. Walking in the Spirit and living the life of a child of God

I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. Galatians 5:16

Any Christian who does not live a Spirit controlled life is bound to fall back into sin and out of salvation. Just as the bible has said: “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of GodRomans 8:14

Therefore, there is need for Christians to be people whose ways and life is controlled by the Holy Spirit. There is also, need to do things and live in a way that ensure that the presence of God is abundant in ones life to control them in the first place. For it is only when the presence of God is available that we can walk and be led by the Holy Spirit.

We must give ourselves to spiritual exercises like praying, fasting, bible reading, evangelism, worship and song. These are the things that keep men burning for God and would attract an abundant presence of God. These things also creates the consciousness of a spiritual calling unto God.

Believers must be spiritual people, alert and always vigilant that we are not alone. For in Him we move, in Him we live and in Him we have our being. That awareness will teach us to fear God even in secret places.

There must also be a strong friendship with the Holy Spirit. How do I mean? We must not wait until we are in our prayer time before we can have a chat with our Father.

It could be in a public transport, a class, wherever. There we may shut our eyes for 2-5mins or so, and whisper one or two words to our God. It could be thanksgiving, it could be questions or anything. This act makes God happy and He sees us as more than worshipers, but also, true friends of God. It is part of living a spiritual life.

I have done it many times and God seems to reply me faster. One of the positive side is that I would become conscious of God’s presence. And when I become conscious that He is there with me, would I not also be careful not to sin against Him? Truly, as believers, we must learn to live all our days as men and women of God’s Spirit; that is a way to live above sin.

4. Pray even more

Pray even more‘ or “give me more sanctification and cleansing” is the greatest of all, just like prayer is the greatest human deed.

As we continue to pray, and ask for more purity and grace, more grace is given and strength is renewed. Just as it is written:

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31

Brethren we don’t wait for God by folding hands; we wait for him by dwelling in the secrete place of the Most High, under the shadow of the almighty. It is where strength is renewed, it is where men who faint not when others faint are made.

Therefore, when we see signs that we are delving back to that sin, or signs that the flesh is coming back, we must not wait until we fall and the guilt surfaces. We must go back to more praying and asking for more sanctification, strength and grace. We must not stop praying until we are graced and strength is refreshed.

This is why a praying Christian man should be able to live above sin; that is, if he understands what true praying is about. These days, prayers are mostly about destroying altars that may or may not exist; but true prayers that transform men, we know not how to pray. God will help us all.

Therefore, until we die saved or we meet with the Judge of all the Earth on His own Day as saved people, we must continue to pray for more sanctification and more grace to remain saved and spotless.

Conclusion

For whosoever is born of God overcometh the world (sin is inclusive). And this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. – 1 John 5:4

Therefore, Christian man, don’t let them teach you weak-point theology and grace as its cover. Do not settle for preachers who teach you an imperfect Christianity because they live in sin without true experience of salvation and the power of the Holy Spirit to save from sin. I do not say that men can be 100 percent as perfect as God, but with the sanctification and saving power of Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit, we can grow in holiness and overcome that bondage of sin that does not allow us be close to God. Remembering one thing, that without Holiness, no eyes shall see God.

The day God told me that I did not love him- A call to obedience unto God

pov-quote

If I were able to speak to all the Churches and ask them: “Who loves God?” Without a doubt, a percentage of 99.999 persons will lift their hands in great pleasure to a positive confession that they love God.

Yes! There also will be Church God haters plus dangerous Church men and women who would also raise hands in pretense and deceit. Nonetheless, I am writing to those who do truly love the Lord in truth and in spirit about my own experience with Him.

When I traveled to Jos Nigeria and was out from the Camp, I found myself hosted by a good friend and fellow Church member. We were three from the East and we stayed together with this friend and Copper who lived in Jos.

Fresh from the NYSC camp, we were yet to fully settle that week. New environment, lovely community, busy schedules, trying to fit in, trying to find a good place of placement; you know, all the stuffs that comes with moving into a new environment and staying together with good friends who spoke one vernacular and who were going to be like brothers. Such were the events of those early days in Kufang, Jos.

As for me, having come from a place where I had my own privacy where I prayed and studied God’s word whenever and however, it became somewhat difficult to put my spiritual life together living amongst peers. I guess this was my own good excuse, but I second guess it wasn’t good enough.

Brethren, bear in mind that probably, I have just stayed about few days after a week before the below happened.

It happened that one night, as we all slept, I had a vision where God spoke to me and said; “You don’t love God.” And then I was made to understand that my dwindling prayer life and none nonchalant attitude towards bible reading and meditation was the reason.

Sincerely speaking, I could no longer pray in the mid-day. Before then, I could spend an hour plus in prayer travailing, but in those days, 20-mins was good for me.

Also, in the night I was as cold as ice, no getting up for effective prayers while been surrounded by people.

As for Bible reading, it became a sporadic event. Before then I read the bible every day. I read at least 3-Chapters daily, but during those days, I barely read my bible with dedication to know God’s word or His ways; maybe one chapter when I find time. I barely created time for it anyway, and the deep fellowship with God in truth and spirit, I lost.

I wasn’t living in sin, I still prayed, but just not as before or not as I was supposed to. I still could say that I loved God, after all, I did not live a life of wickedness against Him.

I saw women and sinners around me, I did not go after or join them. My only fault was that I lost a touch of the fire that God privileged me to have. In short, I forgot my place and who I was. I forgot that I was a true Christian man. A true Christian man, should pray and study God’s word like his life depends on it, but I did not do it. Even Church activities, I did not find time for. Oh! what would have been mine, if God didn’t find me in quick time.

So brethren, after God told me that I loved Him not, I woke up with tears and pure regrets. Filled with so much guilt, repentance and sorrowful plea for my selfishness, I wept. For who am I that my God would tell me that I don’t love Him? I cried more.

I cried and said: “God I am sorry.” I said: “Will you help me find a new apartment so that I can be focused again without distractions?” Immediately He replied with a vision that implied a Yes! And it wasn’t long, I moved out and spent my service years with God.

Let us take a look at these Scriptures for a moment:

23 Jesus answered and said unto him, if a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. 24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me. John 14:2324

15 “If you love me, keep my commands. – John 14:15

Before I talk about about the scriptures above, I would introduce one man who have had my experience- The Apostle, Peter.

Though different in grace and ministry, I and Apostle Peter had one thing in common; ‘we thought that we loved God’.

Apostle Simon Peter

Apostle Peter left the position Jesus placed him and went to back fishing.

I guess he convinced himself that he would still go back to his Apostleship after fishing, and so it mattered little to God. It was not like he has deserted his calling.

At that time, Peter was probably supposed to be in Jerusalem praying for the Baptism of Fire. Or he was supposed to be with the few followers Jesus had gathered and encourage them as a chosen leader.

But he had other plans and many other ‘not good enough excuses’ to engage in what was productive to him while ignoring the dire needs of God and the call of the Master.

When Jesus found him, he was asked: “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love me more than ‘these’ things?” Peter replied; “Yes, Lord you know that I love you.” And Jesus said; “feed my Lambs”.

Simon Peter was asked this question three good times until he boiled in His heart for why Jesus doubted his love. Each time Jesus replied: “Feed my sheep”.

In other words, “Simon Peter, if you say you love me, feed my sheep, do my works”. “Simon Peter, If you say you love me, don’t leave the place and things that I have given you to stay and do respectively.”

I believe Peter felt bad and repented. For him Jesus was kind with words, but for me, the Lord plainly told me; “You don’t love Me.”

Before I explain the bible passages written above, I would introduce one group that is like I and Apostle Peter. It is the modern Christian Church.

Brethren, majority of we Christians don’t have time for God anymore, but we still love him; at least we do claim so.

Majority of we Christians don’t have time to for prayer travailing, even though true Christians are people of prayer.

Majority of us don’t care about Church fellowship and activities. We don’t care about Church corporate prayers and Camp meetings.

In our times, majority of Christians don’t care about personal bible study not to talk of attending a bible study class. Evangelism and missions we are not part of it.

In us, there is nothing to prove that we value God other than our lip service and claims to love God.

In the Church we will sing; “..Some love money, Some love wealth,.. Give me Jesus, I love Jesus he is my friend”.

Meanwhile, we are the ‘some’ whom we blindly sing in that song because the things of God comes last in our schedules.

We now have believers who don’t care about God’s word. They don’t care about holiness, they don’t care about righteousness, they don’t care about godliness and obedience to God’s word. But, they are closer to God more than others they would speak in ignorance. Such is the state of majority in the Christian Church.

A greater wickedness I have seen in the church is that these crop of believers will be the first to say: “I have a pure heart.” And they would say: “Christianity is a thing of the heart, God searches my heart. He knows I love Him. Church does not matter, all that matters is my heart towards God.”

Christian man, but Jesus said in John 14:15: “If you say that you love me, keep my commands.”

Christian Church, Jesus said in John 14:23-24: If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings…

Brethren, let us judge for ourselves that we may avoid the coming judgement. For God so loved the world and He gave us His only Son. What is our own price for the love we claim to have for God? What does our Christianity cost us?

I tell you the truth Christian man, our claim to love God is not a criterion for Judgement.

Heaven is not a land for men who claim to love God but for men who have deeds to back their love for God. And the price for our loving God is obedience.

Revival will not come on our own terms. We will not go to heaven on our own terms. We cannot even fly to the skies on our own terms, who deceives us that we will fly to heaven without doing it God’s way? For He who has promised these things has given us a way, and it is the way of “he who loves me must keep my commandments.”

Preacher what should we do?

Brethren the bible says that men ought to pray; brethren we ought to be prayerful. Again, it is written that book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth; brethren we must be men of God’s word. It is also written, that we must be holy unto Him, brethren we must embrace holy living. Jesus said: “Go ye into the world and preach the gospel”; brethren we must evangelize and support missions project; not also forgetting to take the things of God and the Church seriously. All these things and more is how we prove that we love God.

And if we are found wanting in true obedience to God and careless about His ways, His truths and His laws, then His love is very far from us.

Therefore, I ask for the last time; Christian Church, Christian men, “Who amongst us love God”? Judge for yourselves.

I wish that we had tears that we may be truly saved

0

In the presence of God men should tremble in fear. For He is a Holy God. Amen!

For this, I am not among those who see the presence of God in a church where there are no signs and wonders.

In a Christian gathering where men are not crying to obtain salvation, I don’t see the presence of God even if the pastor says: “the presence of God is here”.

I don’t see the presence of the Lord in a Church where men are speaking in tongues and no sinner is truly saved; I mean the sinners in the Church. For the overwhelming presence of the Holy Ghost convinces and convict sinners.

I don’t see a revival without tears and pain.

During the Hebrides revival, a story was told about a man who cried in his bedroom continuously and said: “Hell is too good for me”.

Now, where are those who would wait after everyone is gone from the camp meetings asking God in simple words: “Is there hope for me?”.

Where are those who would wait after the powerful sermon and pray: “Lord I am tired, I need to die so that I can live”. Where are they my brethren, where are the truly saved?

That Revival in which men are standing tall, taking pictures and smiling; oh! No Lord of the Harvest, send America and the nations not that kind of Revival.

When Revival comes as surely as the Lord God who has zeal for the Church has promised to do if we pray, we will witness what it means to truly be in the presence of the God of Israel who must be feared.

Someone said to me: It is great that you have yearning for this revival. I replied immediately; “I don’t have the yearning, It is God who has it”.

As the least among all Christians, I have only been privileged to know that zeal to help the Church rise again runs through the veins of my God day and night, like the birth pains of Calvary.

One of the reasons why men come to the altar and go back the same is because there was no rebirth at the altar.

There is pain before a child can be born. So must there be pain for our sinful nature for genuine salvation to be seen in us. It might not come all at once but when the Holy Ghost starts His work, tears flow and hearts are melted.

Most people at the altar are confessing sins they have done prior to the preaching. They are not crying because of how weak they are to overcome sin.

When we start to sorrow and cry for our inability to please God, I tell you my brethren, salvation will come.

We must be fast to do away with painless salvation and painless rebirth. I believe in the joy of salvation but it is after a man is born. Just like there is no joy until the child is born and the woman is safe.

When we discover our sins, even for those who have accepted Jesus, we must bend down and weep for we are all weak.

Weep and seek genuine salvation and see the sanctification power of the Lord Jesus through the Spirit of grace. Amen!

The first time I experienced true salvation and rebirth I cried profusely in church. Till today I know not why I was weeping on my knees lifting up my hands unto my only God.

I had spoken in fleshy tongues before then like majority of tongues speakers do, and yes I was not living in sin but ‘Fleshy tongues’ I call them now because I never knew that a born again should not feel human. I mean, I was human but never felt human because something different happened and I knew it.

If we say we are truly born again and cannot tell what it means for the great God to dwell in us, we must go back and die a second time. Because when the Power of God comes upon a man, he will know, absolutely.

Oh! Christian man, I wish we had tears and pains. I wish we had tears instead of joy for our inability to please God. I wish our walk out to the altar was to experience true salvation and deliverance from the yoke of sin.

Alas! “The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved”Jeremiah 8:20

Jordan Voices, my God is calling. He is calling for men who need to be washed white. He is calling for the unwashed and weak Christians to perfect salvation in them. But only those who seek Him genuinely will find Him.

Power for Evangelism & The need for the Baptism of the Holy Ghost

0
devotional_evangelism

Baptism of the Holy Ghost is an experience a Christian man and the Christian church cannot do without.

In this article which is part of the series concerning the need for the Baptism of the Holy Ghost, we will discuss ‘Power for evangelism’.

Simply put, evangelism is the spreading of the Christian gospel by public preaching or personal witnessing.

Witnessing Christ and the gospel was a direct commandment from the Lord Jesus to all Christians. It is written in Mark’s gospel:

15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. – Mark 16:15-16

The commission to evangelize the world and reach out to the unsaved is the sole reason the Church is in the world.

Missions is the heartbeat of God; evangelism is the way of the saved; we were saved to save others.

Many Christians and Churches do not acknowledge the importance of the Holy Ghost and His baptism in evangelism and missions.

It is mostly because there is no awareness of the spirituality of evangelism. Also, it is because they have not known the power of the Holy Spirit in soul wining.

However, the Bible is plain, and agrees that we need the Holy Spirit and His Baptism for effective witnessing.

8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. Acts 1:8

Jesus messaged his followers to wait in Jerusalem for the baptism to come from God. And in the passage above Jesus said: “…after that this power is come upon you, you shall be my witness”.

Another bible passage that supports that above scripture is John 15:26.

26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me: 27 And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.John 15:26

Here is the sequence: Jesus came to witness the Father. The Holy Spirit came to testify and reveal Christ to us.

We are to witness Christ, but having not truly known Him or the expanse of grace available to us through Him, the Holy Ghost has revealed Him to us. And what the Holy Ghost reveals is what the Gospel of Jesus Christ is what we preach.

For instance, Jesus came in the name of the father, worshiped on Sabbath and obeyed the laws of God. For he was sinless to the law and none of His message was about grace. It was all about righteousness, holiness, the kingdom of His father, His Father’s personality.

Meanwhile the apostolic message and the epistles were all about Jesus. Even things that Jesus did not discuss when he was with them, they knew and spoke of.

Paul the Apostle of Grace was not with Jesus but He knew so much about Him and the expanse of grace we have received from God through His Son. He knew because the Holy Spirit had witnessed Christ to Him; and what the Holy Ghost revealed was what He preached.

And now, if the Holy Spirit is the first and true witness of Christ, we cannot do evangelism or witnessing without Him.

Baptism of the Holy Spirit involves an overflowing presence of the Holy Spirit in a man’s life in a level that such man begins to manifest the gifts of the Holy Spirit of which the initial evidence is speaking in tongues.

A man with an IQ of 200 will perform better than a man with IQ of 100. Such is the distinction between an ordinary born again Christian and a Christian living a life of fire.

Also, we must understand that Jesus said the power comes after the baptism and not before it. Salvation comes with being born again but the fire and power comes with the baptism.

Evan Roberts of the Welsh Revival

Evan Roberts of the great Welsh Revival preached and said: “Your strength will fail you if you are not baptized by the Holy Ghost and His Power”. He was speaking to believers who knew not that they need the Baptism of fire and power.

Boldness for witnessing

Perhaps one of the greatest gift of the Holy Spirit is the power to witness the gospel of Christ. And in this power lies boldness to witness.

After Jesus was resurrected and was no more readily with the disciples, although there were still sporadic visits from him, the disciples went back to fishing.

They had been there from the start to finish. They saw everything, they saw Elijah and Moses on the transfiguration mountain. They witnessed His greatness and power; and at a time heard directly from God when He said: “this is my beloved son in whom I am pleased, hear him”.

They knew the teachings, the prayers, the move of God and resurrection story, such that we can say that they were fully loaded.

However, when Jesus was no more readily with them, they abandoned everything.

One would expect them at least to try and raise themselves huge followers and tell them about Jesus, but they could not do anything.

They were fearful, timid, uninspired, passionless, had zero zeal for the God and zero burden salvation for the world. They were pretty much useless without Jesus.

This reminds me of the statement of Jesus: “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”- John 15:5

Hence they could do nothing because Jesus remained not but was gone. It remained same until they prayed in the upper room and the Holy Ghost came like a mighty wave.

On that day, in Holy Ghost revival, they became exactly what they should be and the Christian Church was born.

Suddenly the fear was gone and the boldness was born.

Apostle Peter preaching boldly after Holy Ghost Baptism

Peter denied his Lord three(3) times for fear of being arrested. After the Baptism of the Holy Ghost, he did not wait to be asked a fourth time about his faith and Master. He had only seen men ridicule them and he “lifted up his voice” in power and made the first Christian evangelism. An about 5-mins witnessing that converted 3000 souls.

The bible has said it clearly:

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7

Boldness to preach Christ is a fruit of the Holy Spirit and it comes upon men of the Spirit.

The more filled we are, the bolder we get. For surely a gas fire is stronger than kerosene fire even though they are both petrochemicals.

There are Christians who are not bold to represent Christ among sinners who hate God and the ways of the Just. They fear hate, slander and persecution. These so called Christians are only bold in a Christened environment or in their homes or in the Church.

Peter was there, the disciples were once there. It is absolutely normal to fear death, persecution and trials. But it is also a sign that we are not where God wants us to be. For after the Holy Ghost was come upon the disciples, they received boldness and power. Therefore we need the baptism for witnessing without fear.

We are indeed lucky that Christianity is a global force accepted in many societies. And also, with the freedom of religion in many countries, we are most lucky. Else, many of us would have been exposed for how weak and fearful we are to live for Christ. We would have known how powerless we are to preach and witness out faith.

Only the Holy Spirits baptism can give men the boldness to witness Christ.

Burden for men; Pure Passion for Evangelism

Burden for God’s work is a gift of the Holy Spirit. Burden for men is a gift that comes with the presence of the Holy Ghost and with Pentecostal experience, it is pure fire passion.

There are men who evangelize for fun. There are people evangelizing to fulfill all righteousness and in so doing please God. There are people evangelizing because they were called to do it. There are also men who evangelize as a form of spiritual exercise. All these are valid reasons why men evangelize but men like Paul had the passion and burden.

Paul was told that chains and persecution awaits him in Jerusalem and He replied: “I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die in Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.” – Acts 21:13.

And when he recounted his sufferings for the gospel He said: ” I affirm, by the boasting in you which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I face death everyday. ” –1 Corinthians 15:31.

Brethren, there is a burden for witnessing and it is not equal in every true Christian. A born again without fire baptism could show some level of it, but with fire baptism, rivers of fire-passion will flow through his/her heart.

There are men whose burden outweighs the others as the Spirit has given them the strength. Such men are full of tears and passion for the lost and perishing sinners. It is not a gift you can give yourself, it is the pure work of the Holy Spirit.

The disciples were battered left and right, they were harassed and flogged in the public but they never stopped preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ.

When persecutions broke out against the early Church, Christians were scattered about the world and wherever they went they couldn’t help themselves but continued to recruit men into life. For they were men of fire.

The early church birth and forged in Pentecostal fire carried a spiritual ark full of passion for witnessing. Men and women with pure passion to evangelize and all that mattered was the commission of the Lord.

Meanwhile a preaching of 2 hours is not enough to convince the Church of today to witness Christ. And it is worst that Christians who claim to have been filled with this power don’t come to evangelism outreach.

Show me a baptized Christian who does not care about the mind of He whom he claims fills his heart and I’ll show you a Christian man who does not truly know the baptism of fire.

How can God who is full of passion for the lost and perishing world live in a man and even welling up to baptism, and yet such a man cannot feel this passion even if it is a little?

Is there fire without smoke? Is there a burning bush without flames? Can fire burn at a spot on a ground full of fire consumable items? Can a single tree burn without affecting the grasses at the base? This is why I tell you my brethren for whom my God has great zeal for, that there is a question for any man baptized by this Fire and Power and yet has no passion and burden to evangelize.

Even more, as long as many trees cannot burn without affecting grasses on the ground and consume many other plants and even animals, so a Church forged in the fires and power of the Holy Ghost cannot be silent for evangelism and missions.

Burden for evangelism, passion for the lost is a gift of the Holy Spirit. We must ask for it if we don’t have it and we must endeavor to be men of the Spirit’s fire.

Grace for soul wining

A man who has the Boldness, and the Burden only needs one more thing – Grace.

Grace is the ultimate; it is everything we need. We can achieve nothing without grace; the struggle is endless and never yielding desired result without it. Grace complements human efforts. What others struggle to achieve, with lesser effort, we will achieve it.

In evangelism and soul wining, grace is very much important. An evangelist with grace to convert millions will definitely convert millions while one with grace to preach to a thousand will only preach to a thousand.

From red-hot revival and baptism of fire, Peter rose up and converted 3000 souls in less than 5-mins I believe. Meanwhile we preach for an hour and only few are saved and that is if there be any who is truly saved.

I mean, these days we mostly have people crying for the sin they have done prior to the preaching and not to be saved from sin entirely. That is the reason we go back and the same sin continues to defeat us.

The reason why we are achieving little is that we have little grace for our evangelistic outreach, preaching and sermons. There is grace in the Holy Ghost, and when a Christian man is burning for God in overflowing glory, the grace is much on Him.

A Church full of the presence and fire of the Holy Ghost is stronger for evangelism and soul wining than a weak Church without the fire presence of the Holy Ghost. And as long as the overflowing and overwhelming presence of God remains unseen in the life of most Christians, we will have a hard time obtaining an overwhelming grace for evangelism.

That grace that can convert 3000 persons with just 5-mins witnessing is what we need in these last days and it will come with revival if we ask in prayers.

We must not underestimate a Church on fire. For one will chase a thousand, two will chase tens of thousands; but a Church on fire has grace in abundance.

Finally brethren, I Ogba victor a messenger of Jesus Christ remind believers that we cannot do without the Holy Spirit and His baptism. Our strength is too small for His work and it will fail us in this journey, but the strength of the Lord is sufficient. Amen!

Welsh Revival Documentary (Wales, 1904-1905) | Evan Roberts Welsh

At the start of the 20th century God was in high Spirit and Great Passion for Pentecostalism to be reborn in the world. The Spirit of God was hovering over the Holiness movement and her offshoot churches and what was to follow was revival upon revival. As early as 1904, God had already started His move in Wales. God who does not work without man had His own servant in the person of Evan Roberts the Welsh Evangelist.

Welsh Revival Documentary (Wales, 1904-1905) | Evan Roberts Welsh

One thing we must not fail to learn from the above clip is that only prayer births revival. Another thing that is very important is that Evan had to be baptized by the Holy Spirit before He began His ministry. For God does not send a man without the power and anointing of the Holy Ghost.

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

God is still calling us to His Mountains to come and obtain: forgiveness, cleansing and Pentecostal revival. Amen!

Evangelist Evan Roberts

“I have tried to talk out of the tremendous sense that God is abroad, and I talk out of the desire that I cannot express—that somewhere, some when, somehow, He may put out his hand, and shake this city for the salvation of men.” –Evan Roberts

Azusa street revival and the lessons we can learn from the greatest move of God

0

Pentecostalism has always been the way of God. Baptism of the Holy Ghost, Speaking in tongues, Visions, Prophesy, Miraculous power and Anointing for work has always been the perfect plan of God for the Church.

“And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.”- Joel 2:28

After centuries of men missing out on the baptism of the Holy Ghost, God had careful raised for Himself a people worth filling in the Holiness Movement. Although there were few people who manifested the signs of Pentecost in the godly and Spirit-led Holiness movement, it wasn’t until the Azusa Street Revival of 1906 that Pentecostalism was fully reborn and the signs followed. The denominational name never mattered and still does not matter to my God. For what mattered and what still matters is the Pentecostal experience.

William J. Seymour was the instrument of the Holy Ghost in the 1906 Azusa street revival. The proceeds of that move of God gave birth to many of the Pentecostal Christian churches in the word.

The Azusa Street Revival Documentary

The lessons to learn are:

1. As always, revival is only born when men waste away in prayer. Duncan preached: “There is a price to pay for revival”. That price is nothing but prayer.

2. God is not a discriminator or a racially selective God. As at when this article was written, there is a highly tensed racial atmosphere in the Western world.

God does not want Christians to be ignorant that: ‘it is a sin to despise one’s neighbor’ – Proverbs 14:21

God used a black man in this move of God just as He used white men in others. God is not a racist and any man who is a racist will never inherit the kingdom of God.

3. For two years the bell was continuously wrung ‘revival is coming’, “revival is coming’. We may not understand the patience of waiting for a revival. But the story has thought me to always be patient and trust God’s plans. If He has promised it, we must wait for it; for He will do it!

4. Although not played in the video but happened in reality, the enemies of revival are very much part of the Church and are with us. They can be pulpit men whom I tag “theologians without the experience of God”.

They also may be ordinary members but they don’t want others to bear light and they don’t want their dark deeds to be exposed. Enemies of revival are among those we call brethren; therefore we must be watchful .

William Seymour and his team in the Azusa street revival

5. I call Azusa street revival- ‘the greatest of all revivals since the 20th century’. It was the revival that happened in a street but shook the entire world, giving birth to many international mission fields and many global evangelical outreach.

The true test of Holy Ghost revival or Christian awakening is not just in what it does in the life of a Christian man or woman. It is also not only shown in what it does to the Church. The true test of revival is more of what it does to the the society.

If after revival there is no birth of radical evangelists and rebirth of mission minded Christians then we have not had what we should have.

If the government and the law does not start seeing massive civil obedience, and the number of inmates and crime rate lowered drastically; if alcohol business does not cry about low sales and the church filled with new faces day after day, service after service; if sport viewership does not reduce on Sundays, and church the kingdom advances strongly, then there has been no revival.

Therefore if we understand what it means by saying: “we need revival or nothing”, we will pray and pray more until revival comes. Amen!

Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. Matthew 6:9-13

Before you begin this article, which is a continuation of the Lord’s Prayer practical praying, make sure to read the beginning part. Click >> The Lord’s Prayer practical praying model

4) Give us today our daily bread

This one is easy. In this part we ask God for provisions, blessings, prosperity and food for the day. We also ask God to bless our hand work from which we make a living and to bless our seeds and investments.

Remembering the less privilege, the homeless and the orphans, especially those who are of the household of God, is part of this prayer. We ought to ask God to provide their daily needs.

5) And forgive us our trespasses as we also have forgiven our trespassers

Asking for forgiveness of sins should be the second point of every prayer.

Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up.

Psalm 24:3-6

There is need for us to make a soulful cry unto God with a contrite heart for sins we may have committed knowingly or unknowingly, by omission or by commission. As we ask for forgiveness, we must also ensure that we have no grudges or malice in us.

Brothers and sisters, people of Jesus Christ. It is important for us to know that holiness is the wheel of prayer. If we continue to sin, believing that God will forgive us when we ask for forgiveness in prayers, we deceive ourselves. I do not say that He will not answer when we ask for forgiveness genuinely; He will. But we ought to know that the prayer of a righteous man availeth much more than an unrighteous church goer according to the bible.

6) And lead us not into temptation

I did not understand this prayer initially until I asked my Sunday School teacher about it and he said: “As you lead us today oh! Lord, do not let us fall into temptation”.

Temptations and trials are part of the journey of a believer. Life without trials is like a boring story that no one loves to listen to.

It is not the will of God for us to fall when we are tempted; It is not the will of God for us to fail when we are tried and tested.

Prayer is one of the ways to defeat temptations. Asking for overcoming power and sufficient grace for troubled and trial times is God’s ideal plan.

Jesus told peter “Watch and pray, that you do not enter into temptation.” Matthew 26:41

7) But deliver us from the evil one

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Ephesians 6:12

There are two types of evil;

7a. Physical evil

Physical evil is when we experience physical events that may be described as being profoundly evil. We must ask God to deliver us from them. We must use prayer to avert evil fashioned by enemies and foes. We must use prayer to avert untimely death, sicknesses and attacks from men of the underworld.

The way to pray this prayer is by praying that all the plans of the wicked against you will fail. And then we must cancel the counsels of the wicked world against us, against our families, and against the church.

7b. Spiritual evil

Spiritual evil is ‘the evil’. Most of the times, the enemies we have on the physical side are actually as a result of spiritual enemies of which Satan is the head.

Spiritual battle is an inexhaustible topic. Even if I pen down 100 styles, it will never be enough. This is why believers must seek to be genuinely baptized by the Spirit of God. The Holy Spirit teaches spiritual warfare more than any man or any prophet can teach.

However, it is recommended that when we pray this kind of prayer we remember who we are and what we stand for.

..For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil –

1 John 3:8b

Now, we are Christ’s representatives and our work is to fight and destroy the powers that cause us evil.

We bind them, we break their bondage on us, we destroy their works, we nullify their plans, we scatter their gatherings, we raise the Holy Ghost fire on them and we command them to exit our affairs. We do all this in the name of Jesus Christ.

Finally notes

One of the most important thing to note in the Lord’s Prayer practical praying is the Lord’s use of the plural pronoun “us”; i.e. Lead ‘us’ not in to temptation and not lead me not into temptations.

The Lord’s prayer does not give room for selfishness and so it has a touch of greatness. God wants us to remember each other as we pray. When we are selfish with our prayers, it works 100 percent. But when we are selfless we purchase greatness in the sight of God.

May God bless us with the Spirit of intercessions and supplications in Jesus’ name; Amen!!

This is the prayer model of the Holy Spirit

0

The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of intercessions, supplications and all forms of prayer. He teaches prayer model and only Him births men who can pray.

There is no prayer particular model with the Holy Spirit. In a better way: the Holy Spirit does not have a definite prayer model or style.

For as the wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. John 3:8

The Lord’s prayer model and the five finger praying model only tells us what should be in prayer but it does not teach us how to pray them. And although I tried to explain how they ought to be prayed, I must tell you that I have only given just about 5% explanation compared to what the Holy Spirit can teach us when He is in us.

The Jerusalem temple model teaches us how to enter into the Hollies of Hollies and make intercessions, but it does not actually tell us how to intercede.

Prayer models and their theories may come from here and there but it does not teach burden for prayer. Burdens that can make a man pray and cry profusely like a baby. Burden that can wake you up by midnight and sleep disappears instantly. Praying models don’t teach that.

Burden for prayer is a full topic of its own. It is one of the most powerful assets of the prayer model of the Holy Spirit. A man praying with burden prays more than a man without burden. That man without burden may last days or weeks, but the man with burden goes on praying as long as the burden remains. If the burden burns for 20 years, trust me, the man is going to pray for 20 solid years for whatever the issue is.

Have we not heard? A man prayed for 12 good years for revival to come to Wales. He was drowned in burden for revival. No man born of a woman can teach that but the Holy Spirit.

You could read my blog and posts on social media and you would become hungry for prayers that birth revival, but when you get into your room, how are prayers that birth revival prayed? The Holy Spirit’s model.

After praying, how can I be convinced that the burden is lifted? Is faith enough? Faith is always enough when the prayer is enough. But how do I know when the prayer is enough? Who will give me visions and dreams to signify that power has gone out from God? The Holy Spirit.

There are times a Christian may be under attack and you don’t need to follow any model, all you have to do is run riot of fire commands on the devil and his agents. Who teaches the kind of utterance needed for spiritual battle? The Holy Spirit.

Sometimes times we may desire to pray but there is no strength to pray. Does this happen? Yes! it does. But who gives the strength to pray? The Holy Spirit.

There are deliverance or prayer sessions that you don’t need to fight or pray anything. Just like Joshua in the bible, God would rather want you praise Him for miracles to happen. Who teaches when we have to sing songs for power to flow? The Holy Spirit.

There are prayers you don’t cry for; you just command them and they happen. There are prayer points that are more effective when prayed prophetically. There are challenges you cannot overcome until you wait a longer time in prayer. Who teaches all these? The Holy Spirit.

The Holy Ghost is everything we need to effectively and efficiently pray.

Men of the Spirit are true men of prayers. “Often we hear people say “I have been baptized by the Spirit”. If that baptism of the Spirit does not redefine our prayer life and help us pray in power then we have not received what God wants us to have”- Leonard Ravenhill.

The prayer model of the Holy Spirit follows no particular direction. This however does not mean that the “Hallowed be thy name” and “Forgive us our trespasses” should be neglected. It does not mean that a man with the Spirit of God cannot follow the models and do wonders with them. It also does not mean that the Holy Spirit rejects the models of prayer for it was Him who authored the Lord’s Prayer.

It rather implies: that the Holy Spirit will take from the models and teach us how to effectively pray them. The prayer points that need more time, He will inspire or burden us for it. The prayer points that need to be approached differently, He will teach us the approach to them.

12 I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. 13 However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. 14 He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. 15 All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He [a]will take of Mine and declare it to you. John 16:12-15

Jesus and the bible has given us the full models of prayers but the Holy Spirit teaches how to pray. The prayer model of the Holy Spirit is ultimate because you are praying exactly for what should be prayed for.

For Instance: one night at around 4:00 AM, the Holy Ghost woke me up to pray. I was blank because I was so worn out having returned home few minutes to midnight. I knelt down and asked “What do you want me to pray?” and He replied “Pray for the Church”.

The other time, He asked me to pray for brethren who were possibly going to be martyred in Northern Nigeria.

During those days, I did not have to bring up the Lord’s prayer model or the five finger model, I just thanked God, asked for cleansing of sins and then spent about one hour praying for the church.

Christianity stutters and churches suffer because we underrate the power of the One and only Gift Jesus gave to the Church – The Holy Spirit.

There is no Christianity without the Holy Spirit. There is no effective prayer without Him and no Christian will ever go to heaven who does not have the Holy Spirit residing in him.

Finally I would want to admonish believers to search deep to be filled with the Holy Spirit. If you go to a Church where they don’t teach and believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, exit that Church.

Time is coming and is close that only those who know the word of God and how to effectively pray will remain as Children of God. And we have known that effective praying is a gift of the Holy Spirit.

Therefore let us desire and seek the Holy Spirit and His power; for only those who are led by the Spirit of God are the true sons of God (Romans 8:14).

The Five finger practical praying model for kids, teenagers and new converts

1

The Holy Spirit is the true model of prayer. When He is leading a prayer session, prayer can go places and defy models. But for the Christians who would like to learn prayer models and practical praying styles, the five finger practical praying model is also ideal.

1) Your Thumb

The closest finger to you is your thumb, so begin your prayers by praying for those closest to you. They are the easiest to remember. They include your immediate family, extended families, friends, neighbors and Church members.

2) The Pointing Finger

The pointing finger reminds us of those who instruct us. Therefore, pray for those who teach, instruct and direct us. This includes teachers, ministers and Pastors. They need support and wisdom in pointing others in the right direction. Keep them in your prayers. These men and women have great influence on society and we should pray that they display and teach godly principles in all they do.

Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you: And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.

2 Thessalonians 3

3) The Tallest/Middle Finger

Our tallest finger reminds us of those who are in charge. Pray for the government and our leaders in business and industry. These people shape our nation and guide public opinion. We should pray that our decision makers repent and seek God’s will as they lead us.

7 Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper.”

Jeremiah 29:7

4) The Ring Finger

The ring finger is our weakest finger. It is the only finger that cannot stand erect like others.

It should remind us to pray for those who are weak, the less privileged, the sick, the imprisoned, the pregnant women and those in trouble or in pain. They need your prayers day and night. You cannot pray too much for them especially if they are members of your church. You owe them this prayer.

5) Lastly, the Little Finger

The smallest finger of all. Which is where we should place ourselves in relation to God and others.

By the time we have prayed for the other four groups, our own needs will be put into proper perspective and we will be able to pray for ourselves more effectively.

Final words

The Five finger prayer is a model of what prayer entails. It helps us to know what to pray without thinking too much.

However, we must know that prayer should not be started without rendering thanks and praises to God, and asking for cleansing and forgiveness of sins; for it is only a pure heart that can find God. Also, prayers should also not end without thanking God for answering our prayers.

THIS, THEN, IS HOW YOU SHOULD PRAY; The Lord’s Prayer practical praying model

2
jesus-praying

“This, then, is how you should pray:

“‘Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
10 your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us today our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation,[a]
but deliver us from the evil one.[b]

Matthew 6:9-13

Teach us to pray the disciples asked Jesus. For they have monitored his prayer life; they have seen Him go all night praying in power and great glory, they have seen His great burden for prayers, but they knew not how to pray like Him. They probably knew how to ask for forgiveness, they probably knew prayer of thanksgiving. But Lord! “Teach is what you spend all night doing” they said.

I believe Jesus would have put on a warm smile knowing that they have just asked of Him one of the most important subject matters. Oh! Yes! Prayer is larger than earthly life to a man who wants to inherit eternal life.

Jesus look at them and started. He said: “When you pray say:”

1. Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name

The beginning of all forms of prayer is with thanks and praises unto God. Praises may come in form of songs or uttered words to magnify the majesty of Him who we stand before. God delights in praises and thanksgiving.

In this part we magnify His name. We thank Him for our life and that of the people around us. We thank Him for His provisions, thank Him for the battles and challenges we have faced and the once we still face. We thank God for His glorious plans for us and the Church. We do this with all our heart to make God know that we acknowledge His Omnipotence.

2. Your kingdom come

The plan of God since creation has been for His Kingdom to come upon man. Praying this prayer is a reminder to God of His eternal promises. We have to soberly remind God of our many groaning and pains for His kingdom. We have to practically tell Him: “Oh! Lord Come quick”.

Will it make Him to come quicker? Yes! For there is absolute no prayer we pray that is not answered by God if we are what we are supposed to be. If the Church was what it is supposed to be, we can make rapture closer when we cry out and say “Thy Kingdom Come”.

3. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Jeremiah 29:11

God has a plan, He has a will and He has a purpose. A plan for us, a plan for the church and a plan for the world. This prayer is very important. We have to pray hard with tears for the will of God to be done in our lives, in the life of the Church and in the world.

It is here that we seek guidance and direction in life. It is here that we tell God not to desert us; else, we will fall out of His divine plan and purpose.

In this prayer point or topic we also bind and destroy powers that fight against the will of God, and powers that try to lead us out of God’s plans. What do I mean?

In 1 Chronicles 2, Satan rose up and manipulated David with pride. Satan rose up against Israel and incited David to take a census of Israel. This act annoyed God; so he punished Israel.

The will of God was for David to continue trusting in God, but Satan manipulated him out of God’s plan and will. There are many people like David who are under spells and manipulations of the powers of darkness. These powers has caused them to sit out of the God’s plan. We need to break the jinx and manipulative energy of Satan and his warlocks in our lives.

In Daniel 10:13, Daniel spent days and times before God in prayers. God had answered him and sent an angel to reveal to him secretes. The Prince of Persia who is the head of demons in Persia resisted the Angel. It was so until a greater angel came and overcame the ruler of darkness in Persia and Daniel got his message.

Download ‘Victory in the Storm’ Mp3

There are powers of darkness that does not want us to reach the place God wants us to reach. There are powers that contend with our visions and purpose in life. There are powers that fight the will of God for our brothers and sisters. There are powerful spirits that contend with the Church concerning God’s will.

Take a look at the Church, do we really think that we are where God wants us to be? There is absolutely no way we are where God wants us to be. Hence, there is dire need to pray until we are in the right position as individuals, as family members and as ‘the church’.

This practical prayer point is as vast as the Spirit shall give us inspiration and utterance. But it starts by saying, “Oh God! Let your will be done in my life as you have planned it in heaven”. Amen!
